- Improve search, filters, and recommendations based on anonymized analytics.
- Communicate important updates (application progress, new matches, reminders).
Sharing
- With employers when you apply to their job or make your profile visible.
- With service providers (e.g., OTP, push notifications) strictly to run the platform.

Employer Account & Billing
- Business Details: Company name, contact person, email/phone, and verification documents where applicable.

- Improve job distribution and ranking, detect spam or fraudulent listings, and ensure policy compliance.
- Send service notifications about job performance and applicant activity.
Sharing
- With candidates and on the platform to display job posts and enable applications.
- With service providers for hosting, analytics, and payments under contractual safeguards.
- For legal reasons or to enforce our terms and prevent abuse.
Retention & Deletion
- Jobs and applicant logs are retained for compliance and audit for a limited period, then deleted or anonymized.
- Employers can request deletion of their account; some records may be retained as required by law (e.g., invoices).
